As we grow we need to add more developers to our pool.  You will work with our team to transform store templates into unique shopping experiences for our new vendors.  

What you'll do:

• Work with design leads to understand client needs and translate them into 3D environments

• Participate in design reality breaking sessions, where you will remove the limits of the real world from the design and communicate a 3D visual direction that is only limited by your imagination. 

• Develop creative, pleasing and optimized 3D models that are technically accurate.

• Work closely with a our team of designers (experience design, visual design) and engineers to implement assets in UE5

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and basic animation (education/internships may be considered)

• Experience in UE5 

• Experience integrating and testing art assets 

• Experience working on a 3D asset from concept art through development

• Strong written communication skills

• A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude

Bonus Skills:

• Experience lighting interior and exterior environments 

• Experience in high- and low-poly modeling

Bringing in new customers and vendors is crucial to our development and growth.  We are looking for an individual who can help us to meet our growth goals through influencers and micro influencers across a broad range of industries and interests

What you'll do:

• Work with design leads to understand client needs and translate them into 3D environm

• Identify undervalued influencers who have the potential tp deliver more returns compared to their cost.

• Develop and Cultivate relationships with influencers track those connections.

• Develop creative influencer campaigns to bring in consumers and clients

• Negotiating with influencers to get the the best value for the company

• Manage individual influencer campaigns to meet KPIs

• Translate client asks into actionable creative briefs and scopes of work

What you should have:

• 2+ years work experience at an influencer, PR, or digital agency 

• Organizational skills, including management of complex projects

• Work experience with influencers on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, and Tik Tok

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity

• High energy and enthusiasm
